Frequently asked questions
Do you read my email?
Our AI does, only to do its job: each email is processed in memory by the AI models listed in our privacy policy, to triage it and write your briefing. The email body is never stored. We keep metadata (sender, recipient addresses (To and Cc), subject, date) and the AI-written summaries, encrypted at rest.
Which email providers do you support?
Gmail and Outlook via secure OAuth, and any provider that supports IMAP.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in Clarnix and choose Cancel subscription. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops, and you can undo it any time before then. On a free trial without a card there is nothing to cancel: if you add no card, the trial simply ends. On a team plan, the team owner cancels.
