This Cookie Policy explains how NEXTGENWEBS, S.L. ('Clarnix', 'we', 'us') uses cookies and similar technologies on clarnix.app. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent; for analytics and attribution cookies we ask for your consent via our cookie banner.
2. What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies help the site recognise your device on subsequent visits and remember information such as your login session or preferences. Some cookies expire when you close your browser (session cookies); others remain for a set period (persistent cookies).

Essential and preference cookies are always active because the service or a choice you made needs them. Analytics and attribution cookies are set only after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings.
We do not use advertising cookies. With your consent we set two attribution cookies (clx_ref, clx_utm) so we know which partner or campaign brought you, and can pay partners their commission.
We also use your browser's local and session storage for the same essential purposes (remembering your cookie choice, dismissed notices, notification settings and your support-chat session).
4. Third-Party Cookies
When you use the Stripe billing portal or checkout, Stripe may set cookies on your device. These are governed by Stripe's own Cookie Policy. We do not use third-party social media tracking cookies.

You can control cookies at any time using the Clarnix cookie preference centre (available via the banner on this site or from your account settings). Essential cookies cannot be disabled while using the service.
