Pay per seat
Team and Team Pro are priced per member, with a minimum of 5 seats. Seats you add count straight away and are charged pro rata. Seats you remove go at the end of the billing period.

Roles and admin controls

- Everything, including the subscription and transferring ownership. One per team.

- Invite and remove members, change roles, and manage shared rules.

- Uses Clarnix with their own email accounts and the team's shared rules.
Shared rules
Share a rule with the whole team, so a decision about an email is made once. Only the owner and admins can change or delete a shared rule.
Each member's email accounts, briefings and channels stay their own. On a team plan, Email activity can be filtered by member.
Briefings in Microsoft Teams and Slack
Each member chooses where their briefing arrives: Microsoft Teams, Slack, email, Telegram, Google Chat and more. Every team plan includes every channel. WhatsApp is a paid add-on.
