Understand your Clarnix partner commissions

For Clarnix partners: how the commission figures in the portal are worked out and what they cover.

What commission is calculated on

Commission is earned on revenue that has actually been collected from the clients attributed to you, excluding VAT. Invoiced-but-unpaid revenue is not commissionable, and revenue that is later refunded or charged back is reversed.

The page is read-only. It reports what has settled. It is not a place to raise or adjust a figure.

If a figure looks wrong

Write to partners@clarnix.app with the period and the client in question. Commission and attribution questions are handled by the partner team, not by general support, and are never resolved from a support chat.
