What commission is calculated on

Commission is earned on revenue that has actually been collected from the clients attributed to you, excluding VAT. Invoiced-but-unpaid revenue is not commissionable, and revenue that is later refunded or charged back is reversed.

The page is read-only. It reports what has settled — it is not a place to raise or adjust a figure.

If a figure looks wrong

Write to partners@clarnix.app with the period and the client in question. Commission and attribution questions are handled by the partner team, not by general support, and are never resolved from a support chat.
