The partner portal

Who this is for

The partner portal is only for organisations in the Clarnix partner programme. If you are a Clarnix customer rather than a partner, this page is not part of your account and you will not see a link to it.

If you would like to become a partner, the programme is described at clarnix.app/partners.

Two-factor authentication is required

The portal shows commercial information about other organisations, so it will not show you a single row until your session has a second factor. If you are sent to the security page on arrival, enrol an authenticator there and you will be brought straight back.

What the portal shows

The clients attributed to you, and how they are doing — scoped to your own referrals and nothing else. It is a read-only view: there is nothing here that changes a client’s account, and a client’s own data stays private to them.

Questions about attribution, commission or payouts go to partners@clarnix.app rather than to general support.
