Inviting colleagues, what each role can do, how seats relate to your bill, and what a team shares.

Members and seats

Team and Team Pro are priced per member, with a minimum of five. The number of seats on your subscription is what you are billed for, and it is also what your limits are multiplied by — five seats on Team Pro means five mailboxes each, and so on.

Inviting someone into a seat you do not have will tell you so rather than silently adding to your bill. Add seats from Billing first. Adding seats takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata; removing them takes effect at the end of the period.

Roles

Role	Can do
Owner	Everything, including the subscription and transferring ownership. One per team.
Admin	Invite and remove members, change roles, manage shared rules.
Member	Use Clarnix with their own mailboxes, and the team’s shared rules.

Invitations stay listed as pending until they are accepted, and can be cancelled from the same list.

What a team shares

Rules can be shared across the team, so a filing decision only has to be made once. Each member’s mailboxes, briefings and channels remain their own — a team is a shared signal layer, not a shared inbox.

On a team plan, the Email activity page can be filtered by member as well as by mailbox.
