What each plan costs, what your trial does when it ends, and which changes happen in Clarnix rather than in the payment portal.

The four plans
Prices below are shown as they are billed. The pricing page shows annual plans divided by twelve, which is why the figure you remember from it may be lower than the one here — it is the same price expressed a different way.

Team and Team Pro are priced per member and start at five members. Prices are shown here in euros; the pricing page also shows US dollars, and your currency is set by your billing country. If your billing address is in the eurozone, euros are used and we email you if that changes an existing subscription.
Prices exclude VAT. Money is written the way your language writes it: the currency symbol may sit after the number rather than before it, and the decimal separator may be a comma. The amount is the same either way — only the punctuation changes.

Every delivery channel is available on every plan. WhatsApp is the only one that costs extra, and that is an add-on rather than a plan feature.
Going over the monthly email figure does not stop your mail being triaged.
Your trial
Trials are 14 days as standard, and 90 days for accounts in our beta programme. Which one you have is decided when your account is created, not by when you signed up. No card is needed, and every feature is available during it.
There is no free tier to fall back on. When a trial ends without a plan, polling and briefings stop — but nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan puts everything back exactly as it was.
Changing your plan, seats or add-ons
Almost everything happens here in Clarnix, not in the payment portal.

Increases take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Reductions take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling sets your subscription to end at the end of that period, and you can undo it any time before then.
Who can buy Clarnix
Inside the EU and EEA, Clarnix is sold to businesses, professionals and organisations only. A valid EU VAT number — or your country’s equivalent business tax number — is required at checkout, so a private individual in the EU or EEA cannot complete a purchase. Checkout asks for your company name and asks you to confirm you are buying as a business.
Outside the EU and EEA, Clarnix is intended for businesses and professionals, but individual customers may be accepted. A business tax number is collected where our payment processor supports one for your country.
Refunds
Clarnix does not offer a money-back guarantee, and partial-period refunds are not issued unless the law requires it. The free trial is how you evaluate the product before paying. If you have a billing question that this page does not answer, write to billing@clarnix.app.
