Your dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in: what Clarnix is connected to, how much mail it has handled, and what is worth setting up next.

What the numbers mean
Four figures summarise your account. They count activity across every mailbox you have connected, not just the one you are looking at.

| Accounts connected | Mailboxes Clarnix is currently polling. |
| Rules created | Your own rules, whether or not they have matched anything yet. |
| Emails triaged | Messages Clarnix has classified — by one of your rules, or by the AI when no rule matched. |
| Briefings sent | Briefings generated and delivered to your channels. |
If the dashboard looks empty
A new account has nothing to show until mail starts arriving. Clarnix polls each connected mailbox every five minutes, so the first classifications normally appear within about five minutes of connecting.
- No mailbox connected yet — connect one from Accounts.
- A quiet inbox simply has nothing to classify. That is not a fault.
- AI triage can be switched off for the whole account, in which case nothing reaches the classifier.
