Your briefings
A briefing is your classified mail, synthesised into a short summary and delivered on your schedule to whichever channel you actually check.

What a briefing is
Rather than another inbox to read, Clarnix writes you a summary. It covers the mail that arrived and was triaged before the briefing was generated, from every mailbox marked "include in briefing". Anything that lands after generation starts appears in the next one.
The Digests page lists your past briefings with a count of what needed action, what was unresolved and what was informational. Generate now produces one immediately without waiting for the schedule, and Deliver sends an existing briefing to your channels again.
When they arrive
The default is 08:00 daily, in your profile’s timezone. You can change that in Settings: daily, twice daily or weekly, with specific times, and different times per weekday if your Monday does not look like your Friday.
My briefing did not arrive
- Check the health of the channel you expect it on. Only "Disconnected" is asking to be reconnected — "Paused" means it was switched off deliberately.
- Check that at least one mailbox has "include in briefing" switched on. If every mailbox is excluded, no briefing is generated at all.
- Check the schedule in Settings, and that briefings are enabled.
- Check your timezone. Briefings fire in the timezone on your profile, so if you have moved, the wall-clock time will have shifted.
- For email delivery, look in your spam folder and allow digest@clarnix.app.
- If your trial or subscription has ended, briefings stop until a plan is in place.
What language it arrives in
The whole briefing is written in your language — the headings, the summaries, the empty states, the footer. Sender names and subject lines are left exactly as they were written, because they are not ours to translate.
