How a briefing is organised

A briefing opens with a headline — the one-line read on your inbox since the last one — then groups your mail by how much of your attention it needs, most urgent first. Each item names the sender, the subject and one sentence on why it matters.

Mail that Clarnix dealt with on your behalf is not listed item by item; it is counted, with a link through to the full list.

What you can do here

• Send the same briefing to your channels again — useful if a delivery failed or you want it on your phone as well.
• Open the mail it refers to in your own email client. Clarnix links out; it does not show your mail here.
• Follow the auto-handled count through to see exactly what was filed away.

A briefing is a snapshot of the moment it was generated. Acting on your mail afterwards does not rewrite it — the next briefing reflects where things stand now.
