Your details
Your display name is what colleagues see on a team. If you signed in with Google or Microsoft, your picture comes from there.
Your email address cannot be changed here — it is the identity your account is built on. If you need to move to a different address, write to hello@clarnix.app.
Changing your password
Enter your current password, then the new one twice. Passwords must be at least 12 characters. If you signed up with Google or Microsoft you do not have a Clarnix password at all — you sign in through them.
Why some things are not editable
Your plan, trial dates, payment references and similar fields can only be changed by our servers, never by a signed-in browser. That is deliberate: it means nobody can promote their own account or alter their own billing by editing what the browser sends.
What you can change yourself: your display name, picture, timezone, language, AI triage and noise settings, and your briefing schedule and preferences.
